土耳其鸡肉等进口报关通关流程及注意事项

一：目前中国准入鸡肉的国家有：阿根廷、巴西、白俄罗斯、波兰、俄罗斯、法国、美国、泰国、智利和土耳其。

二：在禽肉市场上中国一直比较认可巴西鸡爪、泰国鸡翅等，目前中国开放禽肉准入国家智利、俄罗斯、巴西等都在争抢中国禽肉市场，加大出口到中国的份额。

三：运输肉类产品过境的，应当事先获得国家质检总局批准，按照指定的口岸和路线过境。
承运人或者押运人应当持货运单和输出国家或者地区出具的证书，在进口时向检验检疫机构报检，由进口口岸检验检疫机构查验单证。
进口口岸检验检疫机构应当通知出口口岸检验检疫机构，出口口岸检验检疫机构监督过境肉类产品出口。
进口口岸检验检疫机构可以派G方兽医或者其他检验检疫人员监运至出口口岸。
过境肉类产品运抵进口口岸时，由进口口岸检验检疫机构对运输工具、装载容器的外表进行消毒。
装载过境肉类产品的运输工具和包装物、装载容器应当完好。
经检验检疫机构检查，发现运输工具或者包装物、装载容器有可能造成途中散漏的，承运人或者押运人应当按照检验检疫机构的要求，采取密封措施；无法采取密封措施的，不准过境。
过境肉类产品运抵出口口岸时，出口口岸检验检疫机构应当确认货物原集装箱、原铅封未被改变。
过境肉类产品过境期间，未经检验检疫机构批准，不得开拆包装或者卸离运输工具。

四：国外供应商需要在华注册备案、进口商在进口前需要要到国外注册备案号，方便查询确认国外供应商是否有出口到中国的。
国内进口商需要有进口口岸的存储冷库协议及食品流通许可证，在进口前需要提前.进境动植物检验检疫许可证（也可用.进口）冷藏鸡爪进口一般走冷冻柜海运为主，冷冻柜海运费用比较高进口量也大，建议购买保险。
